The Hamas paper Al-Risalah conducted an investigation into the subject of Jewish agricultural land in Gaza that was evacuated in the 2005 Disengagement plan, and found that despite Arab claims that Israel has caused a water crisis in Gaza, local residents are in fact to blame.In its investigation, which relied on figures from the Hamas agricultural ministry, the paper found that excessive use of water for agriculture by local farmers was behind the shortage of water.In particular the raising of vegetables that require vast amounts of water, digging wells without supervision, and pumping water excessively was found to be the culprit of Gaza's water woes.The paper of the Hamas terror organization noted that prior to the 2005 expulsion of all Jews from Gaza, no more than 20 wells were being used by Israelis in Gush Katif, and they were dug around a kilometer from the coast so as to trap rain water.The average pumping from these wells was around 20-30 cubic meters per hour.Today, the number of wells in the area has tripled, and the Arab agricultural unions working in the evacuated Jewish communities dug close to 30 more wells - in addition to the 16 dug by the municipality.The average pumping from the agricultural unions' wells is between 60-120 cubic meters per hour, while the average from municipality wells is between 60-70 cubic meters per hour, showing the improper usage of Gaza's water resources.

In a sense, they want to “blacklist the blacklisters.” Their site, which first appeared in February of this year, thus far features both individual students, recent graduates, and professors-- as these people call for an “Intifada” in America, (as Hatem Bazien did), as they rally and tell Jews to “go back to the ovens, you need a really big oven” (as a young student did at a demonstration). Every word belongs to the hater.Every hateful speech and rally has been filmed; excerpts from self-published websites, Facebook pages, twitter accounts, and student newspaper op-ed pieces have been brought together. The guilty parties expose or convict themselves with their own words and by their faces of rage and scorn. They also proudly list their membership in known Muslim Brotherhood groups such as CAIR, the Muslim Student Association, and Hamas.Edwin Black, in an exclusive for Arutz Sheva, recently published a piece titled: Inside the Mysterious Website Exposing Anti-Israel Bigots. He writes that this anonymous coalition of students and others took a page from “the New Israel Fund which some years ago helped finance the Coalition of Women for Peace that created that Who-Profits database that acted as a global compass of Israeli commercial activity for Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions strategies. Canary flipped the card and blacklisted the blacklisters.”Might would-be future employers want to see their potential employees in action? In some cases, maybe they will want to hire just such haters, in other cases they may be unwilling to do so once they have seen and heard what they had to say.These individuals are not merely foolish youth sewing wild oats and who may soon repent as they mature. Seventy-two are women and fifty-two are men. Thus, women constitute 58% and men 42% of the total population. Of the women, 25% are wearing hijab and a few are wearing keffiyas. (Some men sport keffiyas as well).What is wrong with this picture? Are young American women still more obsessed with the alleged American occupation of “Muslim lands,” with countries that have never existed (such as Palestine), than they are with the occupation of women’s bodies worldwide, especially under Sharia law, especially under ISIS, and ISIS-like terrorist groups in the Middle East, North and West Africa, and Central Asia? Or rather, are women in certain communities in America only allowed to be visibly outspoken and active if they actively and vocally hate America, despise Jews, and wish to abolish the Jewish state? Why are these students silent about the ongoing massacres and genocides of Christians, Yezidis, and Muslims in the Middle East at Muslim hands? Why are the female students and professors utterly silent about the daily, hourly, atrocities being committed against girls and women in Iraq—and in Iran and Afghanistan? Why no word against gender and religious apartheid, no condemnation of FGM, from these people presumably so concerned with justice? Finally, 64% (or more) of these Jew and America haters are identifiably Muslim. (Their names give it away). Perhaps more really are Muslims but I rest my case right here. These are not the kind of Muslims with whom I work and sympathize who are anti-Islamist Muslims, who are religious, secular, and apostate. My acquaintances also support women’s rights, human rights, Western-style freedoms, and Israel.In other words: The anti-American and anti-Israeli individuals featured at Canary Mission participate in and attend rallies and demonstrations on American campuses. As a consequence of President Barack Obama's acting as an agent for the Iranian regime, proposing a sham deal with no 'anywhere, anytime inspections,' including failure to completely dismantle all vestiges of Iran's military nuclear infrastructure and expansion of ballistic missile program, war with Tehran is now inevitable. Obama's arguments, notorious inaccuracies, distortions and lies spun with abandon to accomplish his agenda, working for a flawed deal that won't prevent Iran from acquiring atomic weapons, will not make Israel safer from the enemies committed to its destruction. In a speech at American University in Washington, Obama singled out Israel for its opposition to the deal, and called Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s objections to the accord “wrong.” Obama denounced the deal’s opponents as “lobbyists” doling out millions of dollars to trumpet the same hawkish rhetoric that had led the United States into war with Iraq. This ideology-driven president "falsely advertises" the highly imperfect deal that Congress and opponents of the deal are expected to accept as a deal with Iran because there is no other alternative except another war in the Middle East. This is absolute nonsense. The chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Martin Dempsey, disputes this, saying, "We have a range of options" other than accepting Obama's deal and going to war with Iran. Obama cares too much about his “legacy” to care if he leaves Americans unjustly imprisoned in Iran to preserve his frivolous, ostensibly landmark deal. Now it is plainly obvious why he blames Netanyahu for having offered no alternative to a "good" deal. Countering Obama, Israel says it offered alternative to the Iran deal, disputing the president’s claim that 99% of world backs the Vienna agreement.After Obama crossed his own red lines, his ridiculous singling out of the Jewish state as the only country that opposed the agreement is the height of absurdity. Coupled with Obama's ideology and lack of realism, it is very difficult to believe that Iran would not obtain nuclear weapons.Indeed, if the deal is “very good for Israel” and it really “cuts off all of Iran’s pathways to a bomb”, why is Obama manufacturing crises and launching a desperate campaign? Israel argues that a good deal is still possible if the international community, led by Washington, maintains the sanctions regime on Tehran. A better deal actually "blocks Iran’s path to the bomb and links the lifting of sanctions to tangible changes in Iranian behavior.”The deal in its current form imperils the United States and puts Israel’s national security at risk. Therefore, it makes sense that regardless of political affiliations and veiled threats from the current administration, putting peace in the Middle East above partisan politics must prevail. Rejection of the deal doesn't mean war. Simply put, doing the right thing is to choose statesmanship over partisan politics. Despite enormous political pressure and threats from White House, New York Sen. Chuck Schumer and others showed integrity and have backed out from supporting the nuclear proliferation deal. Unlike most democrats who are locked in to supporting the deal for a number of partisan and ideological reasons, the most prominent Democratic Jewish member of US Congress has chosen principles over political correctness. In sharp contrast, the hypocritical Obama-led world powers have chosen greed rather than principles. Obama is pure malevolence. He has evaporated the inspiration for many people to go on.Despite Iran's being the leading state sponsor of global terrorism, Obama's strategy of confusion to dramatically alter the balance of power with an oppressive Islamist theocracy on the verge of threshold nuclear weapons is a mind-boggling dereliction of responsibility that could put America's interests at risk. Obama was, and is, tasked with protecting them. For the first time in history, an American president has legitimized an openly anti-American terrorist state to help him bolster his shallow legacy. Suheil al-Hindi, Chairman of the Hamas-affiliated Arab Teachers Union of the UN Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) that serves "Palestinian refugees," has threatened a rebellion as UNRWA warns it will have to close schools due to a more than $100 million deficit.Al-Hindi outlined three possible scenarios if UNRWA does indeed cut its services, in an interview with the Hamas paper Al-Risalah.The first possibility he described was that UNRWA workers would declare a work conflict and go on strike, handicapping all UNRWA services. However, he noted this step would first and foremost harm "Palestinian refugees." Alternatively, the UNRWA decision might be openly rebelled against as UNRWA workers in Gaza open the schools independently, said al-Hindi.A final option would be postponing the school year's start by a week or two.Last month, Hamas claimed that UNRWA is "giving up its role" of providing services to "refugees," a status designated to the Arabs who left Israel in the 1948 War of Independence as well as their now roughly five million descendants. Fiamma Nirenstein, the fiercely pro-Israel former member of the Italian parliament, has been named Israel's ambassador to Italy. Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu said he was sure that Nirenstein will “deepen ties between our two countries.”Born in Florence, Nirenstein was a leading columnist for the Italian daily “Il Giornale,” and for 15 years was the Israeli correspondent for several Italian newspapers and magazines. She has been granted over 20 awards for her literary and journalistic accomplishments.In 2008, she was elected to the Italian Parliament, where she served for four years, making aliya in 2013. Throughout the years, she has been active in Jewish and pro-Israel organizations in Italy and Europe, and has received many awards and accolades for that activity as well.Netanyahu met with Firenstein Monday before announcing her appointment. Firenstein, he said, would “bring with her a great deal of experience and political savvy, and ensure that deeper and better relations are instituted between Israel and Italy, with better political, economic, cultural, and defense relations between our two countries.”Accepting the nomination, Firenstein said she was happy to accept her mission. “I promised the Prime Minister that I would do everything I could to enhance relations between Israel and Italy,” she added.

The Hamas paper Al-Risalah conducted an investigation into the subject of Jewish agricultural land in Gaza that was evacuated in the 2005 Disengagement plan, and found that despite Arab claims that Israel has caused a water crisis in Gaza, local residents are in fact to blame.In its investigation, which relied on figures from the Hamas agricultural ministry, the paper found that excessive use of water for agriculture by local farmers was behind the shortage of water.In particular the raising of vegetables that require vast amounts of water, digging wells without supervision, and pumping water excessively was found to be the culprit of Gaza's water woes.The paper of the Hamas terror organization noted that prior to the 2005 expulsion of all Jews from Gaza, no more than 20 wells were being used by Israelis in Gush Katif, and they were dug around a kilometer from the coast so as to trap rain water.The average pumping from these wells was around 20-30 cubic meters per hour.Today, the number of wells in the area has tripled, and the Arab agricultural unions working in the evacuated Jewish communities dug close to 30 more wells - in addition to the 16 dug by the municipality.The average pumping from the agricultural unions' wells is between 60-120 cubic meters per hour, while the average from municipality wells is between 60-70 cubic meters per hour, showing the improper usage of Gaza's water resources.

The Canary Mission is devoted to exposing haters of America and of Jews and boycotters of Israel. In a sense, they want to “blacklist the blacklisters.” Their site, which first appeared in February of this year, thus far features both individual students, recent graduates, and professors-- as these people call for an “Intifada” in America, (as Hatem Bazien did), as they rally and tell Jews to “go back to the ovens, you need a really big oven” (as a young student did at a demonstration). Every word belongs to the hater.Every hateful speech and rally has been filmed; excerpts from self-published websites, Facebook pages, twitter accounts, and student newspaper op-ed pieces have been brought together. The guilty parties expose or convict themselves with their own words and by their faces of rage and scorn. They also proudly list their membership in known Muslim Brotherhood groups such as CAIR, the Muslim Student Association, and Hamas.Edwin Black, in an exclusive for Arutz Sheva, recently published a piece titled: Inside the Mysterious Website Exposing Anti-Israel Bigots. He writes that this anonymous coalition of students and others took a page from “the New Israel Fund which some years ago helped finance the Coalition of Women for Peace that created that Who-Profits database that acted as a global compass of Israeli commercial activity for Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions strategies. Canary flipped the card and blacklisted the blacklisters.”Might would-be future employers want to see their potential employees in action? In some cases, maybe they will want to hire just such haters, in other cases they may be unwilling to do so once they have seen and heard what they had to say.These individuals are not merely foolish youth sewing wild oats and who may soon repent as they mature. These are highly indoctrinated youth who will probably never toss their prejudices aside; they stand to risk losing their communities, access to jobs and funding, and to an entire social world if they do.Edwin Black views the Canary Mission as mainly a “grassroots effort” with some paid employees.“We are not into making false claims, the kind of stuff the other side does.” They emphatically deny being “Islamophobic.”Some of the individuals featured so far are highly “esteemed” professors such as: Hatem Bazian, Lila Abu-Lughod, Omar Barghouti, Juan Cole, Rashid Khalidi, Joseph Massad, Denis Sullivan, Nina Tannenwald. They will not lose their jobs. They are prized precisely for such views.However, the majority of individuals shown here seem to be student activists. Seventy-two are women and fifty-two are men. Thus, women constitute 58% and men 42% of the total population. Of the women, 25% are wearing hijab and a few are wearing keffiyas. (Some men sport keffiyas as well).What is wrong with this picture? Are young American women still more obsessed with the alleged American occupation of “Muslim lands,” with countries that have never existed (such as Palestine), than they are with the occupation of women’s bodies worldwide, especially under Sharia law, especially under ISIS, and ISIS-like terrorist groups in the Middle East, North and West Africa, and Central Asia? Or rather, are women in certain communities in America only allowed to be visibly outspoken and active if they actively and vocally hate America, despise Jews, and wish to abolish the Jewish state? Why are these students silent about the ongoing massacres and genocides of Christians, Yezidis, and Muslims in the Middle East at Muslim hands? Why are the female students and professors utterly silent about the daily, hourly, atrocities being committed against girls and women in Iraq—and in Iran and Afghanistan? Why no word against gender and religious apartheid, no condemnation of FGM, from these people presumably so concerned with justice? Finally, 64% (or more) of these Jew and America haters are identifiably Muslim. (Their names give it away). Perhaps more really are Muslims but I rest my case right here. These are not the kind of Muslims with whom I work and sympathize who are anti-Islamist Muslims, who are religious, secular, and apostate. My acquaintances also support women’s rights, human rights, Western-style freedoms, and Israel.In other words: The anti-American and anti-Israeli individuals featured at Canary Mission participate in and attend rallies and demonstrations on American campuses. The majority are pro-Islamist Muslim students and professors, too many of whom are women.

As a consequence of President Barack Obama's acting as an agent for the Iranian regime, proposing a sham deal with no 'anywhere, anytime inspections,' including failure to completely dismantle all vestiges of Iran's military nuclear infrastructure and expansion of ballistic missile program, war with Tehran is now inevitable. Obama's arguments, notorious inaccuracies, distortions and lies spun with abandon to accomplish his agenda, working for a flawed deal that won't prevent Iran from acquiring atomic weapons, will not make Israel safer from the enemies committed to its destruction. In a speech at American University in Washington, Obama singled out Israel for its opposition to the deal, and called Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s objections to the accord “wrong.” Obama denounced the deal’s opponents as “lobbyists” doling out millions of dollars to trumpet the same hawkish rhetoric that had led the United States into war with Iraq. This ideology-driven president "falsely advertises" the highly imperfect deal that Congress and opponents of the deal are expected to accept as a deal with Iran because there is no other alternative except another war in the Middle East. This is absolute nonsense. The chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Martin Dempsey, disputes this, saying, "We have a range of options" other than accepting Obama's deal and going to war with Iran. Obama cares too much about his “legacy” to care if he leaves Americans unjustly imprisoned in Iran to preserve his frivolous, ostensibly landmark deal. Now it is plainly obvious why he blames Netanyahu for having offered no alternative to a "good" deal. Countering Obama, Israel says it offered alternative to the Iran deal, disputing the president’s claim that 99% of world backs the Vienna agreement.After Obama crossed his own red lines, his ridiculous singling out of the Jewish state as the only country that opposed the agreement is the height of absurdity. Coupled with Obama's ideology and lack of realism, it is very difficult to believe that Iran would not obtain nuclear weapons.Indeed, if the deal is “very good for Israel” and it really “cuts off all of Iran’s pathways to a bomb”, why is Obama manufacturing crises and launching a desperate campaign? Israel argues that a good deal is still possible if the international community, led by Washington, maintains the sanctions regime on Tehran. A better deal actually "blocks Iran’s path to the bomb and links the lifting of sanctions to tangible changes in Iranian behavior.”The deal in its current form imperils the United States and puts Israel’s national security at risk. Therefore, it makes sense that regardless of political affiliations and veiled threats from the current administration, putting peace in the Middle East above partisan politics must prevail. Rejection of the deal doesn't mean war. Simply put, doing the right thing is to choose statesmanship over partisan politics. Despite enormous political pressure and threats from White House, New York Sen. Chuck Schumer and others showed integrity and have backed out from supporting the nuclear proliferation deal. Unlike most democrats who are locked in to supporting the deal for a number of partisan and ideological reasons, the most prominent Democratic Jewish member of US Congress has chosen principles over political correctness. In sharp contrast, the hypocritical Obama-led world powers have chosen greed rather than principles. Obama is pure malevolence. He has evaporated the inspiration for many people to go on.Despite Iran's being the leading state sponsor of global terrorism, Obama's strategy of confusion to dramatically alter the balance of power with an oppressive Islamist theocracy on the verge of threshold nuclear weapons is a mind-boggling dereliction of responsibility that could put America's interests at risk. Obama was, and is, tasked with protecting them. For the first time in history, an American president has legitimized an openly anti-American terrorist state to help him bolster his shallow legacy. It’s also the first time that America has surrendered to a rogue terrorist nation that openly seeks to "wipe Israel off the map" and threaten American interests worldwide.Even worse, Obama apologists for Iran minimize and hide Iranian threats to the United States from the American public. This is a serious strategic blunder bordering on treason by any president.Evidence seized from the compound where Navy SEALs killed Osama bin Laden indicates al-Qaeda has “ongoing, deep and strategic operations with Iran.” The threat is real and yet, Obama refuses to publicly acknowledge that America faces unprecedented risks to its security.Most disturbing, Iran's elite military unit, sponsor of terrorists groups will receive $3 billion windfall after nuclear deal. Tehran could secure a $150 billion “signing bonus” in total sanctions relief. Isn't it odd that Obama is doing this to make Israel safer? For all we know, the lifting of sanctions is funding - directly and covertly - “waves of terror” and proxy wars toward Israel and the United States thus, making Obama complicit facilitator of the greatest purveyor of terrorism in the world.Instead of forcing Iran to choose between survival or nuclear weapons, it's hard to believe any American president would so betray Israel and our national security interests. Suheil al-Hindi, Chairman of the Hamas-affiliated Arab Teachers Union of the UN Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) that serves "Palestinian refugees," has threatened a rebellion as UNRWA warns it will have to close schools due to a more than $100 million deficit.Al-Hindi outlined three possible scenarios if UNRWA does indeed cut its services, in an interview with the Hamas paper Al-Risalah.The first possibility he described was that UNRWA workers would declare a work conflict and go on strike, handicapping all UNRWA services. However, he noted this step would first and foremost harm "Palestinian refugees." Alternatively, the UNRWA decision might be openly rebelled against as UNRWA workers in Gaza open the schools independently, said al-Hindi.A final option would be postponing the school year's start by a week or two.Last month, Hamas claimed that UNRWA is "giving up its role" of providing services to "refugees," a status designated to the Arabs who left Israel in the 1948 War of Independence as well as their now roughly five million descendants. That hereditary "Palestinian refugee" status operates in contradiction to all other refugees in the world, who are all handled by the UNHRC.The terror group responded by then threatening the UN group with violence.Journalist David Bedein, head of the Center for Near East Policy Research, has revealed how UNRWA schools indoctrinate children in Gaza to create a "civilian army." He has also documented the symbiotic relationship between the agency and Hamas.While the UN body was established for the roughly 800,000 "Palestinian refugees" in 1949, separately from the existing UNHRC which deals with all other refugees in the world, the UN took no action to aid the 850,000 Jewish refugees expelled from Arab lands after the establishment of the state of Israel.
